Exit 30E of the Cross Island Parkway is a both direction exit on the Cross Island south of Douglaston. The road takes you onto the Long Island Expressway towards eastern Long Island. Before the Cross Island Parkway was aligned with the Belt Parkway, the exits were aligned with the Southern State Parkway. Due to the SSP alignment, this exit was known as Exit 7E. Unlike Exit 30W, there is a 30E in both directions.
