The TQ President is the president of the Rainbow Line. He is a mystery rabbit-head-hat wearing man that has incredible imagination powers that are on par with Kyle Jackson ad thus, causing him to develop a fear of Kyle. He was chosen by Arthur Jackson to help maintain the Rainbow Line in his absence.
