Spokesmen from both delegations have promised that the troops are merely arriving to ensure the protection of the important city-state leaders present. Both encampments await the interrogation of the Demacian prisoner who confessed to framing Noxus for the sabotage of a Demacian mine. The interrogation has been delayed at the request of King Jarvan III of Demacia, without any public explanation.
