Mobius Intelligence 5 (M.I.5) is an intelligence agency on Mobius. For some reason, they held secret files on how to draw Sonic the Hedgehog, which were being looked over by Doctor Robotnik. Their existence is questionable, as the files were later seen to be part of a comic that Sonic himself erased.
