It was known to be a hangout for various members of the Corleone family, who would often meet here before attempting a raid or a hit. It was also the place were the New Jersey FBI Agent, who ran his operations from here, was kidnapped by Barzini Capo Giovanni Armanno. Armanno was later killed in a firefight with Aldo Trapani.
