Dukes is a Flint Tropics fan and hippie that made a 3/4 court shot to win $10,000 at a Flint Tropics game. Because Jackie Moon didn't actually have the money, Jackie gave Dukes an unusually large cardboard check that says $10,000. When Dukes tried to cash in the check, the bank wouldn't accept it. Moon told him to try a bigger bank. At the end of the movie, Jackie gave him the $10,000. Dukes is played by Jackie Earle Haley.
