Degenerates, rarely referred to as Gen-Pop, are the primary inhabitants of Holy Cross Daycare, taking up nearly 95% of the student population. The species coexists with Daybarians, which make up the remainder of Daycare's population. Degenerates are notably distinct from Daybarians by their lower average-intelligence, tendencies to be more reckless and less organized in their schemes, and lower quality memes. Though extremely rare, Daybarian-degenerate hybrids have been known to exist, such as Kenny and Mazella.
