Neptune and Rom are both goddesses and have went through ASIC and the Rei Ryghts crisis together. Due to Neptune's childlike nature, she can get along with Rom when she visits. The two had a walletcrusher segment as well. Rom generally supports Blanc against Neptune in the various petty goddess contests the goddesses get themselves in. In the end, the two are friends.
