A plugin for the Dive Machines made by Hikari Gojyou, which allows him to scan a Reyvateil's personalities, also known as Cosmosphere Analyzer. His real name is Trans-Encoder & Program Optimizer, he prefers to be called Teppo. Teppo's main tasks are: Integrity auditing, defragmentation and restoration through code conversion. Those aside, he can also analyze wave levels and detect specific wave frequencies.
