McGough also worked as costumer on the 1981 comedy Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen. His credits as costume supervisor include the television series Starman (1986-1987), the television special Police Story: The Watch Commander (1988), the television movie Mike Hammer: Murder Takes All (1989), and episodes of Models Inc. (1994) and Suddenly Susan (1997-2000). In addition, he worked as costume designer on the television special Police Story: Monster Manor (1988, with Brian McNamara, Clayton Rohner, and Scott Burkholder).
