A highly annoying and powerful enemy found in mines. When first met, it will drop from the ceiling and start toward the player. Up close, it will attack twice with an energy projection from its fists. If it gets to be too far away, it may jump a long distance with a powerful speed attack, or it may perform its special attack. The Sinow Beat's special attack splits it into 5 separate Sinow Beats. The other's are illusions, but they still have the same attack power. They do, however, have less health and are temporary. Often found with the Sinow Beat is the Sinow Gold.
