Parker was a CTU agent active during Day 2. Parker was assigned to oversee the transfer of Second Wave terrorist leader Syed Ali from CTU Los Angeles to Guantanamo Bay. Soon after signing the electronic record for the transfer, Ali was assassinated by a sniper. Later, he got a phone call from LAPD Captain Raskind for Tony Almeida, but when he tried to hand Tony the phone, Tony told him to wait. ("Day 2: 11:00pm-12:00am")
