Born April 3rd, William [Liam] grew up as the oldest child of Mira Hallows, with one younger sister. Interested in everything from a young age, Liam has a quieter manner that doesn't understand a lot of humour. Whilst Liam has never had anything to do with his father's family, he has known about them from birth and is aware that his father is in prison although has rarely seen him.
