The "Crappy Little Demo" is a demo tape of some of Mindless Self Indulgence's later hits, as well as a in-the-studio version of the song "Pantyshot" (later a live version was released on their live album, Alienating Our Audience, and an audio track titled "Niggers," of comedian Lenny Bruce performing a small segment of a stand-up routine (part of it would later be quoted on the back of MSI's second album, Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy).
