The Nicktoons get a letter from a mysterious guy.Then a couple days passed he finally arrives.He says his name is Blake Jones and is from Texas.He takes a tour around the place.Then he accidentally meets Emily and falls in love,but later finds out that she is already married to Bad Cop.He is outraged and wants to fight with Bad Cop.Since he is from Texas he is very strong,and trys to fight Bad Cop every chance he gets.So Bad Cop finds out later that Blake wants to kidnap Emily and Go back To Texas with her.So the Nicktoons have to go and stop Blake,as well as Bad Cop trying his hardest to get his wife back and prove Blake that He's The Man (Aloe Blacc song reference)
