Making his only appearance in one episode, he was smart, charming and cool. Carl wistfully mentions that unlike Eddie, Steve always managed his own money, finished his Christmas shopping weeks ago and never asked his parents for cash. He is constantly annoyed by Laura Urkel, whom is infatuated with Steve despite his obvious dislike for her. When he saw her damaging the Gingerbread House that both Harriette and Judy worked so hard on, he ordered her out of his life. Before slamming the door on Laura' face, Steve wishes that she found out what life is like as him, so one day she'd might understand.
