Mason Dixon is a boxing champion who nearly got defeated by Rocky when Rocky was out of shape. Although since Mason Dixon became the new boxing champion, he gained lots of super forms, forcing Rocky to go SSJ3 to keep up. So Rocky and Mason practically went toe to toe, but he had a slight disadvantage and a slight advantage at the same time. He never really got any honor after winning against Rocky, but he does get some credit for lasting the entire match.
