Kitchener, Ontario is a city in western Ontario. It is the largest city in the Region of Waterloo. The city of Waterloo borders Kitchener in the north and the city of Cambridge is on the southern border. The Grand River and the township of Woolwich is along the eastern border and the township of Wimot is along the western side. Kitchener is home to the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest which is the largest bavarian festival outside of Germany.
