A town located in the foothills of Yabon, alongside the Kakisaw Valley, southeast of the Grey Towers. It is surrounded by several estates, the most notable being that of White Hill, run by Lord Paul. The town is considered one of the Free Cities of Natal. During the second year of the Riftwar, Walinor was located about twenty miles behind enemy lines.
