The Crested pitohui (Ornorectes cristatus), is a species of passerine previously placed in the Pachycephalidae family. The placement now is in the family Oricidae. It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
