Sigmund Portner (b. December 11th, 3468) is a Dorvish politician who serves current as the Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Artanian Union. Portner also served as the Minister-President of Largonia from 3500 to 3506. Portner rose to prominence before the re-creation of the Dorvish Social Nationalist Party and spearheaded their 3503 campaign efforts after their loss in the 3500 Dorvish general elections.
