The unnamed Customer was in a bar with two friends at the same time as Jason Grimshaw, Gary Windass, Chesney Brown and Kirk Sutherland enjoyed a lads' night out. Jason was feeling guilty as, unbeknownst to Gary, he had had a drunken fling with his girlfriend Alya Nazir and was duly knocking back the drinks. As Gary got out of his seat, he bumped into the customer who was sat behind him and spilled his drink. The aggressive man took umbrage and while Gary tried to defuse the situation, Jason waded in and pinned the man against a bar. Jason's friends pulled him away while the customer's two mates took him hastily outside, leaving Gary to wonder what was wrong with the young builder.
