Phil Leeds (April 6, 1916 – August 16, 1998) appeared as Judge Arnold Koppelson, a judge who served on the Manhattan Municipal Court for 30 years before it was discovered by Mac that he wasn't really a judge at all, in the episode of Night Court titled "An Old Flame". A veteran stand-up comedian and character actor, Leeds' wizened features made him a distinctive presence.
