Sloth-Amok prepared a special, exploding plum duff for Condom the Trojan in order to prevent him from interfering in his plan to gain control of Zamorazamaria. Sloth-Amok tasked his familiar, Gulp, to deliver the duff to Condom. As Condom had a cast-iron stomach (which he won in a gambling session), the plum duff only made him belch.
