The Wall Above the Ocean Village (CN16) in the Anshin province was located just west of the foothills of Rokugan's southernmost mountainrange, Wall Above the Ocean. The small village was most noted for its friendly inns and taverns, and was an ideal stop between central and southern Crane estates. There were also many shrines and temples there.
