Heihachirō Honda (本多 兵八郎 The Many Books, Eighth Soldier's Son) is currently an Onmyouji who resides within no particular province of Japan, moving around as he pleases with his partner, and distant cousin, Jubei Yagyu. Unlike the majority of Onmyouji, his power resides prominently within that of Divination, particularly in the use of auguries and similar things. He is famed among Onmyouji as the Soul's Fortune (霊財 Reizai) thanks to both his Shikigami and general, accurate predictions of the future. He is also the current reserve heir of the Branch Clan, the Honda Clan.
