Alpha server is was the first server of astro empires to be created. It has the highest averages for fleet and economy of any of the servers and is considered one of the most stable servers. However it has recently had a series of server wars. It is widely considered a safe server for new players to join as the largest players are too busy fighting each other. Farming is also frowned upon by most major guilds on the alpha server.
