Rose's name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Rose Miller" is only referenced in the game files. Like most downtownies in The Sims 2, she has a customized facial structure. Rose uses a customized version of the 21st Maxis face template in Create a Sim, which is evident when she grows into an adult. Even though make-up turns her off, she wears make-up.
