Lord Balefire, (Lawrence ?) is a supervillain. The Green Witch has taken his Hellsword and keeps it in her secure vault. He is known to have a relationship with the Dragon Queen. He spent a few years in Thunder Mountain, but was broken out by the Warlock Knight sometime around 2015. Together, they reformed the Dragon Queen's old gang and broke her out of The Jug.
