A Chondathan steelsword, named after Chondath in the Vilhon Reach, is a broad-bladed one-handed sword that behaves like a masterwork longsword and is particularly good at breaking other weapons. As of 1372 DR they were available in Cormyr, the Dalelands and Sembia. They were valued around 315 gp and weighed 5 lb (2.5 kg).
