Oil Be Blowed is a level from Carmageddon: Reincarnation. As one of two levels in the Early Access Pre-Alpha, it was one of the first levels available to the public. Being a winter level with an oil rig, it looks to be the MagnaChem Abandoned Ice Station: the Alpha names the location as Frosty Pass.
