The III Elections of In Marea General Secretary were hold in February 4115 in order to decide its third Secretary and candidate for the position of Caesar de Senatum of In Marea Possumus Facere, after the previous Secretary, Percy Lacoonte, announced his resignation when the party lost nearly 80% of its seats in the 4115 Selucian elections. Three candidates took part, resulting in the victory of Athena Scudo, a 36-year woman, doctor and previous Minister of Defence. She was the main opponent to Percy Lacoonte in the II Election of In Marea General Secretary.
