Ticci-Weegee is a Weegee assasin based on the creepypasta Ticci Toby. He wanders around the ADlaxy (and the Interstellar Republic of Finnittania too). He slays multiple people with his axe, and he's a wanted criminal in multiple zones in Finnittania and the ADlaxy.
