Hollywood 1364; ca. 1935; One-piece frock. The four-piece flared skirt joins the blouse in a built up waistline in front. A soft girdle outlines this joining, wraps about the waistline and ties at side, or novelty belt. Blouse fullness is concentrated in shirrings at center-front, and the short sleeves are shirred to correspond. Frock may have casings at center-front and sleeves with ribbon draw strings instead of shirrings. Blouse front, girdle, and sleeves are cut bias. Featuring Joan Blondell of Warner Bros. on the front cover.
