Lord Douglas Sparrow was elected to the Parliament of Kinnimoore in 1994. Upon his election, Sparrow was appointed to serve as the Minister of Trade of Kinnimore. As the Minister of Trade, Sparrow is responsible for negotiating tariffs with his country's trading partners. Sparrow has also introduced a system of price-fixing to control the value currency on Kinnimoore. Sparrow fancies himself a cutthroat corporate swashbuckler, but most see him as merely an adequate businessman.
