Sarozine is a type of drug used in the treatment of several types of radiation related sicknesses. The most common users of sarozine are individuals who are frequently exposed to fissile material or energy weapons fire. Its use decreased after the development of powered armor and more cheaper/advanced medical treatments became available. After the emergence of the Protoss, the subsequent burning of worlds, and increased use of nuclear weaponry, sarozine returned to popular along the fringe worlds and front lines.
