When Zim comes to the Big Bank, disguised as a businessman named "Chad Malma", this woman is the one who aids him in the process of filling out all the forms required to receive a loan. She is shown to take her job extremely seriously, insisting sternly both that "Chad" provide a fingerprint scan, and that he can't just skip over the paperwork. Later, when she realizes that Zim has fallen asleep listening to her explanations of the forms, she angrily threatens to start all over again.
