Tsunami Genbu is a Water Release ninjutsu where the user creates a giant tortoise with a serpent for a tail completely made out of water. Purple water for the head, legs and tail and black water for the shell. It primarily attacks by shooting jets of water from the mouth and tail that are powerful enough to crush boulders. It can also be used as a defensive technique by protecting the user inside its shell, the black water makes the user visually hidden from enemy attacks.
