Rowan stood with his subjects when Mya broke into their kingdom to take their babies. Desperate to protect the children, he agreed to let Caitlyn Poppins steal babies from the human world in exchange for immunity. When Lexor later threatened their village after the Charmed Ones made them return the babies, the elves offered him one of the sisters to protect themselves. This act resulted in the sisters' loss of trust in the elves and cast a spell to bind half of their powers to keep them from wreaking havoc again. Rowan is furious when his magic weakened.
