The Rise of a New Empire series was an AU fanfiction series that took place during the Galactic Civil War and introduced a number of experiments conducted by Galactic Emperor Palpatine during the early years following the Clone Wars, conducting research to create the ultimate Force sensitives through Science compared to his former Master's usage of Midi-chlorian manipulation Palpatine had successfully crafted his ultimate weapon but became terrified when he learned one more subject survived, while worried at the blade approaching him from in front and Vader's scheming maneuvering of a blade at his throat he fails to notice the blade at his back from his supposed ultimate follower.
