The 2950s was the sixth decade of the 30th century. It was during this decade that the city of Smallville was controlled by a tyrant who used a deadly weapon and robot ships to patrol the city. Superboy arrived from the 1950s to stop this tyrant, helping some resistance fighters to take back the town.
