The Helm of Daidoji Masashigi was the only remain found of Daidoji Masashigi after the Daidoji Daimyo defeated Kinjiro no Oni in the Battle of the Tidal Landbridge. The Crab built a shrine to the valiant hero and place the helm within it. Those who wore the kabuto were infused with Masashigi's fearlessness and determination.
