The Trucker was a clinic patient in the Season 7 episode Carrot or Stick. He was portrayed by actor Patrick Rafferty. The Trucker had a badly scraped leg and sought treatment in the clinic. He told the staff he had cut his leg getting into his truck. However, as House cleaned the wound (and explained how good a liar Rachel Cuddy had become) he noticed dirt and gravel in the wound, smelled fertilizer and realized he hadn't been hurt in his truck. The Trucker admitted he had fallen in his greenhouse.
