Rockhopper's Mind was the location where all of Captain Rockhopper's memories were stored. It was broken up into six areas. Players had to journey through here during the Inside Out Party by using a device made by Gary the Gadget Guy, called the Minderizer 3000, in order to retrieve some lost memories.
