Detective Andrews is an American police agent who appears in Tintin in America of "The Adventures of Tintin" series. He was seen and named in the animated series. He came when Tintin called the police to capture the gangster with a gun. He then takes Tintin to Bobby Smiles who acts like a governor, actually a member of the Mob Syndicate.
