"Happy Tappin' with Elmo" is a Sesame Street song in which Elmo invites the listener to join him in a peppy tap-dancing session. The song is a nod to Fred Astaire's performance of Irving Berlin's "Puttin' on the Ritz" in the 1946 film Blue Skies.
