Pride is one of the "Seven Deadly Sins" which lead to damnation according to some Christian beliefs. The other sins include wrath, greed, envy, gluttony, lust and sloth. This accounts to the seven Skull NM's in the Eldieme Necropolis. Pride is often referred to as the "sin that spawns all other sins". Too much pride can lead to forgetting of moral and spiritual values. The punishment for this sin is being broken on the Wheel. The demon that represents pride is Lucifer.
