The Foobar is an undead/flan-type enemy in Final Fantasy XII found in the Slumbermead region of the Nabreus Deadlands, and in the battle against Cúchulainn. Foobar is the easiest mob to farm to acquire Sagittarius Gems, which can be sold to the bazaar to unlock the ultimate bow, the Sagittarius.
