Turret Pistols are pistols that can fire multiple shots without having to reload. But unlike Clockwork pistols, Turret pistols need to have bullets in more than one barrel, making reloads much longer than Flintlock and Clockwork pistols. This pistol is probably a primitive version of the modern-day Revolver. They are identical to the Pepperbox Pistol.
