Izusi was the persona of a Scorpion at Otosan Uchi. He was caught by Hida Benkei when disguised as a monk was spying upon the Crab offices in the Imperial City. The Crab decreed that their monks should remain in their own districts. One week later the Scorpion Coup was unleashed.
